Lorenz & Lorenz, LLP is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Austin, TX
Lorenz & Lorenz is looking to add another Attorney in our Litigation department. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious attorney who is excited about personal injury litigation! This is NOT a second chair position. You get to personally work up the case and take it to its conclusion of settlement or trial!
This is a hybrid/remote position. After 90 days in-office learning our procedures you may come and go as you please!!!!!
Duties:
- Handle a litigation docket of about 75 cases, mostly in Travis and Williamson County courts
- Draft and file petitions
- Review and answer discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Mediation
- Trial
